Group One Holding AG (Group One) was founded by ADP Analyse Design Planung AG (ADP) with the intention of expanding its consulting services. ADP has since become a part of Group One. Later, One Management Consulting AG (One) was also integrated.

 

Today, the Group comprises several operating companies, each with its own distinct focus and dedicated team of experts.

    The management consultancy provides guidance in the design of strategies and in navigating organisational, procedural, and technological challenges.

  • ADP Analyse Design Planung AG (ADP)
    The project consultancy supports the delivery of these initiatives with project leaders who bring both strategic leadership and methodological rigour.

The Group plans to acquire further companies with a focus on transformation and project expertise.

 

Morals and a smidgen of history

For over 25 years, we have walked alongside renowned clients in Switzerland and beyond, helping turn their visions into reality. In that time, we have shaped more than 150 projects across 60 organisations – each a unique chapter in a shared journey of innovation and impact.

 

Leading projects and crafting concepts is our passion. Most often, we take responsibility as project leaders or sub-project leads, Epic Owners or Product Managers. At other times, we lend our analytical eye – serving as Business Analysts or Requirements Engineers, where clarity and structure pave the way.

We develop concepts either independently or in small, highly qualified teams. Depending on the nature of the assignment, we may work with or without reference to existing structures, and with or without involving staff or management. While the design of an upcoming reorganisation – potentially involving redundancies – often takes place behind closed doors, the optimisation of core processes is always a collective endeavour. It provides an opportunity to initiate the accompanying mental shift within the organisation and among employees as early as possible.

Projects, on the other hand, become all the more compelling to us as their complexity grows – whether due to the sheer scope of the challenge, with its many uncertainties and working assumptions, or because of the scale of an organisation that spans countries and cultures. Ideally, it’s both. In such cases, we typically work as part of larger teams.

From all this, it becomes clear that many of our projects span several years. A typical engagement with us lasts between one and two years.

We are committed to continuous learning, staying at the forefront both methodologically and thematically. This allows us to apply our knowledge directly within our client engagements. Over the years, we have not only witnessed countless transformations – we have helped shape them. Locally, nationally, and internationally.

Ours has always been a hybrid world – in how we work, combining on-site presence with remote collaboration; and in how we deliver innovation, blending classical project leadership with agile components. We’ve been doing this for so long, it takes a lot to catch us off guard.

Together, we support one another through peer coaching and sparring, especially when facing complex situations or exceptional challenges. We help each other, and we learn from one another.
